This policy explains how Delta 66 LLC handles information in connection with delta66transport.com, freight inquiries, carrier onboarding requests, and business communications.

Information provided to Delta 66

When contacting the company by email, telephone, or another available contact channel, a customer or business contact may provide a name, company name, email address, phone number, pickup and delivery addresses, shipment details, scheduling instructions, and related correspondence. Provide only the information needed for the request. Do not send patient records, medical histories, payment-card information, or tax identification numbers through ordinary website inquiries.

How the website worksheet works

The current shipment worksheet prepares a downloadable text file or copies details to the visitor's clipboard. Its fields are processed in the visitor's browser; submitting the worksheet does not transmit those details to Delta 66, create a booking, or store them in a company database. Delta 66 receives that information only if the visitor separately sends it. A carrier-packet request link opens the visitor's email application; the visitor must send the email to complete the request.

Website technical information and cookies

Website hosting, security, and sign-in providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, and access times to deliver and protect the website. These providers may use cookies or similar technology for essential hosting, security, and authentication functions. The current website code does not include company-installed advertising pixels or marketing analytics, and does not save worksheet entries to browser local storage. Browser settings can restrict cookies, although this may affect access or sign-in.

How information is used

Information sharing

Delta 66 does not sell personal information or share it with third parties for their independent advertising or promotional purposes. Information may be provided as reasonably necessary to service providers supporting hosting, email, business telephone services, and business administration; to shipment participants such as authorized brokers, shippers, pickup facilities, and receivers; or when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights and safety. Only information relevant to the purpose should be provided.

Mobile information and text messages

Mobile phone numbers and text-message opt-in information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent information is excluded from ordinary business information sharing and is used only to document consent and support message delivery through authorized messaging service providers.

The current website does not enroll visitors in a text-message program. Entering a phone number into the shipment worksheet or requesting a carrier packet is not consent to marketing texts. If business texting is enabled and a recipient separately agrees to receive messages, those messages may concern inquiries, quotes, scheduling, and shipment updates. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply. A recipient may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance, or contact dispatch@delta66transport.com. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing transportation services.

Retention and security

Business communications and shipment records are retained as reasonably needed for the request, service, accounting, dispute resolution, or applicable recordkeeping obligations. Reasonable measures are used to limit unauthorized access and disclosure; no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Confidential carrier documents are intended for direct sharing with verified business contacts, rather than unrestricted website download.

Choices and privacy requests

Contact dispatch@delta66transport.com to ask about information held by the company, request correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Requests will be considered under applicable law and business recordkeeping requirements. Identity or authority may need to be verified before a request is fulfilled. Withholding contact or shipment details may limit the company's ability to respond or provide a quote.

Children and external services

This website is intended for business transportation inquiries and is not directed to children under 13. If information about a child has been provided, contact the company to request its review and removal where appropriate. Linked websites, email applications, and hosting or sign-in services have their own privacy policies and practices.
